MPTF PROCEDURES & CONTACT DETAILS
Standard Operating Procedures:

The MPTF engages in the following processes to accomplish its Mission  through REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP); and only after we have established a functional relationship, based on our asseement for a potential partnership.

1.Application:   We provide an outline and the guidelines  for submission of a Project Proposal (PP). The PP must be submitted in an essay form, with relevant and supporting documents including the  proof of FCRA accreditation, as well as, the report of the previous year. The completed package must be sent as an original/hard copy  by regular mail. 

2.Progress Reports: We focus on the established  Project Objectives & Outcomes in terms of   impacts on the population served. To that effect,  the NGOs are required to submit Quarterly Progress Reports, and the  Annual Report along with the  Final  Audited Financial Report at the end of the Project Grant Year.

3.Annual Reviews: We conduct on onsite  Annual Project Evaluation. Determination on  the continuation of the Project is strictly based on the evidence of the objectives achieved through appropriate utilization of the funds provided.

1.  The MPTF  Focuses  on West Bengal, India for project support. With a flexible approach to our Development Agenda, however based on needs, all other activities can be conducted in any region of India.

2. The MPTF, as a Tax Exempt, Chapter  501(C) (3) Private Family Foundation, USA,  will accept funds from committed individuals and organizations, with Solidarity as the main motivating factor. All funds are tax-deductible in USA, and will be acknowledged.
